The Road Trip

There's a story behind this painting I did, but I won't tell it all here. I took a road trip about a year ago in order to follow my dream and change my life for the better. This was one of the views I had on my road trip -- the Icefields Parkway on the way from AB to BC Canada. I had to make a painting out of it. Used a reference image off the internet because my photography skills while driving are not the greatest! ;) This was also my Term 3 Concept Art assignment. Room for improvement, but I'm happy with how it turned out, considering this is the first environment digital painting I've done and the first proper digital painting in a long time.
